with a little help from friends...

i managed to get some pdf files for the first order stormtrooper costume. a cheap thing until now. 30 bucks.

there were more than 100 sheets of A4 papers to print. this is done now. (i had to replace the black ink cartridge of my bureau printer for that! LOL)

next step is to organize two sheets of 2 m² aluminium in 1 mm thickness.

but this only one short phone call to a metal shop i am working with since years!

Captain Phasma Costume parts

i am still looking for a first order stormtrooper costume.

but prices are ranging around the 1k mark. way too much for me!

and the armor isn´t available at the moment. i found a guy doing templates for EVA foam. so i contacted him in argentina. i hope to get an answer soon.

for the armor i will not use EVA foam, it must be aluminum. i have all required machines, materials and the skills to get this done in metal instead of plastic.

so when i will have the templates from him, i can begin to build my very own captian phasma armor.

Two months

more than two months i haven´t posted a new blog entry.

so i thought it was time again to let you know about the latest things i did concerning r2d2, bb8 and other star wars related things.

last weekend i was off for a special cinema event next town.
it was a private screening of episode 4 in it´s original version, with horrible sound and even more horrible picture quality.
but, no new and added scenes, just pure old gold!!!!
we were a lot of fans and we had a lot of fun!
