just doin´ some crazy stuff with friends on a troop...

Issues

i am having trouble with the triangular and round panels for the body of the droid. or to be more exact, the resin cast parts, i made. 
making 3d parts is taking longer, but is much more efficient in glueing them together in the end. the resin parts will not really fit and after three attempts to get them fit to each other, i stopped the build of the body. for the moment...

maybe i will print the remaining panels and they will fit better...?

Round Panels

the round panels have been finished now. they are all sanded and primered.

but i think i have to make some precision work on the edges, that will be connected to the triangles.

one of them is not so good (a resin version), so i decided to use this one as the bottom part.

and again i have to add some more putty for a better surface... tiny little bubbles and holes on their surface.
