Ali Skirt welding

here are the first pics to the welding works on my ali skirt!

first of all the inner side walls were welded onto the main plate. a little bit tricky, due to almost 100 thickness of the main plate and 2 mm thickness of the inner side wall sheets:

 next step on the agenda was to get four sheets rounded. i formed them over a simple steel tubing by hand. then attached them to the ground plate and fixed them to get them welded too.

until now everything went fine!
now the next sheets...

these have to fit....

and the last ones have to fit here...

and in the end the center foot will hide there!

the last parts are ordered and hopefully will come in the beginning of next week.
