R2D2 steel parts

Here are some parts i built for my r2 unit:
All parts are lasercut, club spec, fully welded, grinded, fine sandblasted and primered in light grey/white.

Steel battery boxes: (The material thickness is 1mm.)

Steel center ankle, freshly primered white: (1 or 1,5 mm material thickness is possible)

Picture above shows the waterjet cut ali support frame that is screwed to the center ankle and to the support plate for the optional 2-3-2 center foot lifter system.

 Stock steel outer ankles; primered in white: (holes are 5 mm)

(Outer ankles with open inner tubes for ball bearings and hollow screws are possible too)

Steel center foot with side sheets; version CS:L: (CS:R is possible, too) (version 2.0)

Steel legs: (lightweight or normal is possible)

Steel outer feet with side panels and additional greeblies (version 3.0):

All pieces are lasercut light steel according to Club spec.

They were fully welded, grinded and fine sandblasted, then primered.
